Automatic rotary marking machine for in-line hot-marking with coloured ribbons of cables in PVC and PE
From min. diameter Ø6mm to max. diameter Ø140mm.
The machine must be installed between the cooling tank and the haul-off.
The coloured ribbon placed on the roll-holder slides between the marking stamps – designed and made by Gnata – and the cable
The marking wheel is heated and thermoregulated and allows the hot-marking through thermal transfer of the writing on the cable.
The fusion of the surface of the cable with the coloured ribbon grants a coloured marking without the need of inks or solvents.
